A: A problem may have occurred during automatic voicemail synchronization. For example, you may have been in an area not served by network when the app performed a voicemail syncrhonization. Please go into the Smart Visual Voice Mail application and press the button to perform manual synchronization. 6. A: Yes, you can syncrhonize your voicemail if your Wi-Fi connection can access the public Internet and your PCCW-HKT mobile service SIM card is inserted in the phone. 9. You can press 'Save to Storage' at the playback screen. The message will be save to handset storage under directory "svvm". 13. Will data be consumed if no new voicemail is syncrhonized? A: Yes. The application makes regular checks with PCCW-HKT mobile service’s voicemail system, which will consume data, such as 2MB per day. 14. When using this application, how much mobile data usage will be involved? A: Assume the average voicemail length is around 30 secs, so when the app syncrhonizes voicemail to a handset, the process involves mobile data usage of about 100kB. 15. I’ve already subscribed to this service and installed the application, but no voicemail has been synchronized to my handset? A: Please make sure that a PCCW-HKT mobile service SIM card is installed in your handset and switch on the mobile data or Wi-Fi connection to automatically synchronize voicemail. A: This could be caused by outdated software. Please go to Google Play to perform a software update. Will voicemail be automatically deleted in my handset? A: This depends on the size of handset storage. The voicemail in the hanset will not be automatically deleted, as long as the Smart Visual Voice Mail app is installed. 18. If I uninstall the "Smart Visual Voice Mail" app, will my synchronized voicemail be deleted at the same time? A: Yes, If you uninstall the "Smart Visual Voice Mail" app, your synchronized voicemail will be removed automatically. 19.
