You can access EasyCare service via Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com), www.pccw-hkt.com or eye2 and review/change your privacy settings anytime, anywhere.

You can access EasyCare via Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) using your mobile phone and get closer to your buddies by tracking their real time lacation and status updates.

You can access EasyCare through eye2 in the comfort of your own home to check out where your buddies are.

By logging onto EasyCare at pccwmobile.com, you can track your buddies, update your profile picture or status and more.

Logon to EasyCare through our exclusive Android App, then track and update with just a click.

You can update privacy settings anytime to determine who you want to share your location with.

What is EasyCare?

EasyCare enables you to locate friends and family members in HK on an interactive map using your PCCW-HKT mobile service phone, computer or eye2 device.

Feature highlights:

Find now – conduct an instant search for your buddies and display their locations on Google Map
Buddy – register up to 25 or 50 mobile numbers in your list (subscribe to EasyCare monthly package to include 50 buddies in your profile)
History – view the last 30 location history records (system maintains the last 3 months’ location history records)
Privacy settings – this is an option to manage buddies in your list and authorize or disallow certain buddies to search for your location

*Android app is applicable only to Android OS 1.5 or above handset model.

Terms & Conditions

I understand and agree that by subscribing to/joining this service:

I am requesting PCCW-HKT mobile service to collect and process information relating to the whereabouts of my EasyCare buddy on my behalf and to transfer the same to me after my EasyCare buddy has given the required consent to PCCW-HKT mobile service separately;
I have consented to information relating to my whereabouts being collected and processed by PCCW-HKT mobile service on behalf of the EasyCare Service buddy and the said information being sent to certain EasyCare buddies with my consent without further notifying me. I understand that I can, at any time, suspend collection and/or use of the information relating to my whereabouts at PCCW-HKT mobile service website and Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com);
PCCW-HKT mobile service makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy and timeliness of the data provided under the EasyCare Service;
The service is limited to Hong Kong’s geography;
The location information shows only the whereabouts of the subject SIM card; and
Use of the service is subject to PCCW Fair Use Policy.
