My Account Check

PCCW-HKT mobile service customers can check their mobile account information, unbilled voice usage, data usage and bills for the last 3 months, as well as to top-up mobile data usage anytime*


1. Login

Android and iPhone users can download and install the app for free from Google Play or App Store by searching for "PCCW".

1. Open the app and select "Settings" from the Menu > "Manage Account" > "Add new Account". Click "PCCW-HKT mobile service". 2. Enter your mobile phone number and password, then click “Confirm”. If you have not changed your password, the default password will be the first 6 digits of your HKID/passport/BR Registration No. Then, click “Connect”.
1. Open the app and select "Settings" from the Menu > "Manage Account" > "Add new Account". Click "PCCW-HKT mobile service".   2. Enter your mobile phone number and password, then click "Confirm".
