You can top-up your local mobile data usage anytime via "My Account Check", which allows you to better manage your mobile data usage and avoid bill shocks.

|1. Open the App and select "Settings" from the Menu > "Manage Account"> "Add New Account". Click "PCCW-HKT mobile service". || ||2. Enter your mobile phone number and password, then click "Confirm". |
(If you have not changed your password, the default password will be the first 6 digits of your HKID/passport/BR Registration No.).

* This feature is applicable only to designated PCCW-HKT mobile service top-up plan users.
Top-up data volume can be used only before that bill-end date and cannot be carried forward to the next bill cycle.
Login to "My Account Check" by one of the following 3 methods:
- Android and iPhone users can download and install the app for free from Google Play, App Store and Windows Phone Marketplace by searching for "PCCW".
- Login to m.pccw-hkt.com > My Account > Current Balance & Unbilled Usage via your handset.
- Login to www.pccw-hkt.com > My Account > Current Balance & Unbilled Usage.
You can also top-up your local mobile data usage by calling our customer hotline 1000 or visiting one of our shops.

Mobile data usage alert
When your rate plan's mobile data usage entitlement is nearly used up, we will send you an alert via SMS and email, so you can consider topping up in advance, or using PCCW Wi-Fi.
Check your unbilled usage anytime, anywhere
The My Account Check app allows you to check your PCCW-HKT mobile service account, unbilled voice usage, data usage and bills over the last 3 months.
