You never need worry about losing important messages as all your SMS & MMS will be saved automatically in the SMS BOXX. - Intra-network SMS charge applies to each SMS forwarded to PCCW-HKT mobile service’s numbers (including Rechargeable SIM Card)
- Inter-network SMS charge applies to each SMS forwarded to NGFL/PCCW eye numbers.
- SMS BOXX thereafter storage charge will be calculated according to the highest usage during the course of a month. Thereafter usage is rounded up to nearest 1 MB.

Easy online message management service
In addition to the automatic message storage function, SMS BOXX enables you to check your messages online at any place, anytime. You can also download MMS to a PC and share with your friends. Simply login to www.pccw-hkt.com> PCCW CHANNELS > MINGLE > SMS BOXX > "My SMS BOXX Account" to check and manage your messages.

(2) All SMS/MMS are categorized in inbox, outbox and trash for easy management
(3) Simply click on the message subjects and you will be able to check, reply or delete messages
(4) SMS/MMS messages can be distinguished by icons
(5) SMS forwarding status shown in prominent area
(6) Messages can be searched by date/sender/recipient and message type - System messages sent by PCCW-HKT mobile service will not be saved in the SMS BOXX
- When the storage has reached 80% and 100%, an SMS alert will be sent
- New messages will not be saved when SMS BOXX has reached maximum storage capacity
- Messages in the trash are calculated in usage. Housekeeping is required.
SMS forwarding
Automatic forwarding is no longer confined to calls and has been extended to cover your SMS. With the new SMS forwarding function, you can forward SMS to any PCCW-HKT mobile service handset, PCCW eye and New Generation Fixed Line numbers^ .
Once the SMS forwarding function is activated, all SMS will be sent simultaneously to the user's handset and forward number. Copies will also be saved in the SMS BOXX.
^ SMS sent from overseas cannot be forwarded to PCCW eye or New Generation Fixed Line numbers. How to activate and deactivate:
Via internet
- Login to pccwmobile.com > PCCW Channels > MINGLE > SMS BOXX, click "Setting" in "My SMS BOXX account "
Via WAP
- Log on to m.pccw-hkt.com > MINGLE > SMS BOXX
Via shortcode
- Activate SMS forwarding: * * 113 * [Forward number] #
- Deactivate SMS forwarding: # # 113 #
- Check Status: * # 113 #
Registration method - Connect to m.pccw-hkt.com, click "MINGLE" > "SMS BOXX" on your handset, or
