HSBC/Hang Seng Bank

Via ATM, please select "PCCW mobile" and bill type "22", then enter your mobile phone number as your account number and follow the instructions to complete the process. Additional value will be credited to your account within 3 working days.

PPS

Recharge via PPS hotline18031 or ppshk.com. Select Merchant code"9591", enter your mobile number and "#" then follow the rest of the instructions. The additional value will be credited to your account within 3 working days.

Credit card

Customers can use a credit card to recharge accounts automatically, when an account balance hits the pre-set amount or is due to expire within 5 days. The system will recharge an account with the selected amount ($50, $100, $200 or $300) within 3 hours.

Recharging online

You can recharge your SIM card at any time via Internet. Recharged values are normally available within 2 hours

 

Remarks:
Recharge less than $50, the remaining balance in your account will be reset for 30 days only.
