PCCW Wi-Fi By using Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) enabled devices, you can experience the fastest wireless broadband connectivity at PCCW Wi-Fi hotspots. Enjoy your own Internet anytime and everywhere! How to use: - Set the Network Name (SSID/ESSID) to "PCCW"
- Launch your Internet browser
- Type any URL into the address field and you will be redirected to PCCW Wi-Fi login page automatically
- Login to the service:
- Choose "Pre-paid & Wi-Fi Pass users" and press "Next".
- Follow the on-screen instructions, choose PCCW mobile Rechargeable SIM Card, then provide your mobile number and PIN* to login to the service.
- Select suitable usage plan: Day pass - $20 for 24 hours#
Pay as you go - $3 for every 10 minutes^ - Upon successful login, a new offline window will pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate you PCCW Wi-Fi session, simply click the 'Disconnect' button.

# Day pass will be valid for 24 hours of application being confirmed. You can enjoy Wi-Fi service with the same device within 24 hours once Wi-Fi login is successful. You do not need to login to this service again when you reconnect Wi-Fi service. ^ Pay as you go charges are calculated on a 10-minute unit basis.

- Airtime will be deducted in units of thirty seconds once you answer the return call from our system, even if the called number is busy or unanswered.
Charging mechanism - Local calls, IDD and international call-forwarding calls are charged on a per-minute basis. Local airtime charges apply when using the services.
- International roaming calls are charged on a per 30-second basic.
- Local airtime charges are applied when local call forwarding.
- Any dispute over value or usage should be raised with PCCW mobile within one month.
- A $30 service fee will be charged for each copy of the call details relating to the current month.
- All of the above roaming charges and charging mechanism are only applicable to Rechargeable SIM Card.
- The chargeable Infoline services are not applicable to Rechargeable SIM Card
- Usage records maintained by PCCW mobile shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive evidence.
- PCCW mobile reserves the right to amend the tariff and the related charges.
