(i) For credit card autopay: You can apply by calling our 24-hour PCCW Consumer Service Hotline on 1000 or Business Customer Hotline on 10088 or by visiting any PCCW shop/PCCW Customer Service Center in person. The new payment method will start from the next bill date. If the cardholder is not the registered PCCW-HKT mobile service account person, please complete the "PCCW-HKT mobile service Autopay via Credit Card – Direct Debit Authorization" form (click here to download). (ii) For bank account autopay: Simply complete the "PCCW-HKT mobile service Autopay Service – Direct Debit Authorization" form (click here to download) , and return to your own bank for processing. This normally takes around 4 to 6 weeks.
Your payment-due date is shown on your bill/eBill and is the last date on which you should pay. If payment is made by mailing a crossed check, you are recommended to allow 3 working days for posting.
Your can print the eBill at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website or print a payment slip at PCCW shop Payment Kiosks. Click here for PCCW Shops address, those marked with ^ are shops with Payment Kiosk.
Continuity is provided by auto-reconnecting service within 1 to 2 working days, if we receive payment within 30 days of suspension. If you wish to resume service urgently after payment has been made, you can: i) Login to "My Account" at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website. After clicking "Login", you will see the screen below. Simply follow the instructions to resume outgoing call service (applicable only to cases in which outgoing calls have been barred). ii) Alternatively, you can call our Consumer Service Hotline 1000 or Business Customer Hotline 10088 for service reconnection by quoting your payment reference code.
