"My Account" enables you to manage your PCCW-HKT mobile service account anytime, anywhere. You can check account information, unbilled usage, eBill and top-up your local mobile data usage through "My Account" . You can access "My Account" the following ways:
| i) | Download and install the "My Account Check" app |  |
| ii) | Access the Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) WAP portal (m.pccw-hkt.com) via your handset, or |
| iii) | The PCCW-HKT mobile service website (www.pccw-hkt.com). |
All you need in order to register for "My Account" is your PCCW-HKT mobile service’s number and your password. Your password is the 6-digit password you use for accessing the mobile hotline. If you have never set a password, your default password will be the first 6 digits (not including letters) of your HKID/passport/Business Registration number.
You can register for "My Account" the following ways:
| i) | Go to PCCW-HKT mobile service’ s website (www.pccw-hkt.com), click " Register Now" under "My Account" on the left-hand side of the main page.  |

| ii) | Dial *111# with your handset (not applicable to Windows OS handset models). |
| i) | To retrieve your current password, go to PCCW-HKT mobile service’ s website (www.pccw-hkt.com), click " Forgot Password" under "My Account" on the left-hand side of the main page.  |

| ii) | To set a new password, dial *111# with your handset (not applicable to Windows OS handset models). |
Android and iPhone users can download and install the app for free from Google Play or the App Store by searching for "PCCW" . Mobile data charges apply when browsing, downloading and using the "My Account Check" app.
