Can I send MMS messages to friends if they are not PCCW mobile subscribers? Yes, you can send MMS messages to your friends via any local mobile service operator. You can also send MMS messages to friends overseas by MMS or email. 4. Can I send an MMS message to my friend's email account? Yes, but the MMS message may not be displayed properly in the email. This depends on the software your friends are using. Your friends will be unable to reply or send an email to that MMS email address. 5. What is the maximum file size of an MMS message? 300KByte, however also depend on handset model. 6. I can receive an MMS message with an audio attachment, but I cannot hear the music. Why? Please check your handset - it may be set in Meeting or Silent mode. 7. Does MMS support Chinese? Yes, as long as your handset supports Chinese character display. 8. Are all MMS messages bilingual? Most of our MMS messages are bilingual. However, a few services may only be available in Chinese so it is important to refer to each service for details. 9. How many characters are allowed in each MMS message? There is no limit to the number of characters in an MMS message although different handsets have varying limits on total MMS size. |
