You can subscribe to/cancel value-added services by calling our 24-hour PCCW Consumer Service Hotline on 1000 or Business Customer Hotline on 10088, or by visiting any PCCW shop / PCCW Customer Service Center in person. After subscription, new value-added services become effective within 4 hours at the soonest. For cancellation, we recommend you to cancel one day before the next bill date, as the service charge you paid in the last bill will not be refunded.

If your mobile service is still subject to a fixed term, you cannot transfer the mobile service unless you are willing to pay a fee to exit the fixed term (amount depends on your current service plan). You also need to settle all outstanding charges relating to the current service account. The new service owner must agree to start with a new fixed term.
