Q1 Is registration required to use Change of Service on the Internet?

If you have registered at www.pccwmobile.com, no additional registration is required to use Change of Service. 

 

Q2 How can I change my service subscription?

You can change your service subscription by:
(1) Calling our 24-hour Consumer Service Hotline 1000 or Business Customer Hotline 10088
(2) Logging to Change of Service at www.pccwmobile.com
(3) Visit any PCCW shop.

Q3 Can I edit or cancel my requested change after submission?

You can check the status of all your submitted change requests and view each with its corresponding change details and effective date listed. However, you can only cancel a request if the status shown is Pending.
