Bill Choices

How can I get my monthly bill?

PCCW-HKT mobile service provides a variety of bill medium choices, including email bill, SMS bill and paper summary bill or detailed paper bill by mail. To help protect our environment, you are recommended to receive email and SMS bills for free. If you want a paper bill, a charge will be made. Please click here for charge details.

How can I apply / cancel an email bill?

You can apply for / cancel email bill the following ways:

i) Login to "My Account" at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website. Click "View and Pay bill" to access the "Bill inquiries" page. Enter the information required in the "Receiving monthly bills" section.


ii) Use your handset to login to Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) "My Account", click "Monthly email Bill Application" and enter the information required.

How can I obtain billed call and charge details (detailed bill)?
You can view a detailed bill via the eBill service at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website. Simply select the bill you want to view and click the "local call itemized bill" button in the middle of the eBill. You can also get a paper copy of a detailed bill by mail. How can I access / reprint my latest mobile bills?

You can access and reprint your latest 3 months’ mobile bills through eBill services, at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website (www.pccw-hkt.com) or via the Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) WAP portal. You can receive reprinted summary bills by email, free of charge, to a maximum of 3 times. If you want to receive the reprinted bill by mail, or if you want to reprint a detailed bill, a service fee will be charged on your next bill. Please click here.

i) Reprint bills at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website (www.pccw-hkt.com):

Login to "My Account" and click "View and Pay bill" to access the "Bill inquiries" page.

 

ii) Reprint bills through Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) (mwap.pccwmobile.com) on your handset:

 
 



eBill
1.
Can I view my bills online?

Yes. You can access your latest 3 months’ mobile bills conveniently via PCCW-HKT mobile service’s eBill services the following ways:

  1. Login to "My Account" at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website (www.pccw-hkt.com).
  2. Use your handset to login to "My Account" via Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) (mwap.pccwmobile.com), click "View Bill and Bill Reprint".
  3. Android and iOS handset users can check bills using the "My Account Check" app.

Is the eBill viewing service available to all subscribers?

eBill viewing service is not yet applicable to consolidated bills (multiple mobile numbers under one account number). You can view eBill providing you have registered for "My Account".

How soon after each bill date can I retrieve my eBill?

Your eBill will be available approximately 2 days after each bill date.

 
 



The First Bill

As a new customer, when do I get my first bill?

Usually, from the date of service activation. It takes around two weeks to get your first bill, depending on your billing date.

 
2.
Why do the service charges on my first bill differ from my tariff plan’s
  monthly charge?

We issue bills on a regular monthly billing cycle basis. As your service was activated in the middle of a billing period, your first bill will charge you a pro-rata service sum (from the date the service was activated to the bill cut-off date), in addition to a full-month’s advance payment.

What’s my usage entitlement from the day of service activation to the
  first billing date?

Voice and VAS entitlements from the day of service activation to the first billing date will be granted on a pro-rata basis. Data entitlement depends on your service plan. Simply call our Customer Service Hotline 1000 or Business Customer Hotline on 10088 for inquiries.

 
 



Bill information

Where can I find my account number / bill date?

Your PCCW-HKT mobile service account number is a 14-digit number, which you can find on:

i) Your bill:



ii) "My Account"

Login to "My Account" at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website or on your handset via Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) (mwap.pccwmobile.com), then click "Current Balance & Unbilled Usage", and you will find your account number and bill date.

How do I change my billing address?

Login to "My Account" at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website . From the bottom right-hand menu, click "Contact Details". On the Contact Details pop-up window, simply enter your new address and click "Continue" to submit.


 
3.
How do I change my bill language?
You can change your bill language the following ways:

i) Login to "My Account" at PCCW-HKT mobile service’s website. From the bottom right-hand menu, click "Contact Details". On the Contact Details pop-up window, simply select your preferred language under the "Change of bill language" section and click "Continue" to submit.




ii) Use your handset to login to Infotainment service content (m.pccw-hkt.com) (mwap.pccwmobile.com) "My Account" and click "Change bill language". Simply select your preferred language under and click "Submit".
