Automated Teller Machine
Use your ATM card to settle your bill at any ATM labeled "Bill Payment Service" by selecting "PCCW mobile" as the merchant. Key in 11 for bill type and then the Account No.
Pay your bill at any ATM labeled "Jet Payment" by selecting "PCCW" as the merchant and key in the Account No.
- Mail a crossed check payable to "PCCW" with the payment stub to GPO Box 11253, Hong Kong.
- Write your Account No. on the back of the check and send it 3 working days before the payment due date.
- Post-dated check will not be accepted.
- No receipt will be issued.
Consumer Customers : Please present the QR code under "My Account Check" App or bring along your bill to 7-Eleven for cash payment.
Business Customers : Please bring along your bill to 7-Eleven for cash payment.
The bill is in respect of services provided by one or more subsidiary companies of PCCW Limited which include: inter alia, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, PCCW Media Limited and PCCW Mobile HK Limited.
All inquiries or disputes concerning any bill(s) must be made to the company within one month of the relevant bill issue date. Otherwise, the bill(s) will be considered in good order.
Any tariff variation that comes into effect during this invoice period will be reflected in the next bill.
